Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed projects where deliverables have been accepted by the client.
- Custom-developed solutions, proprietary tools (such as CRM and Email Marketing Application), and third-party integrations once delivered.
- Any fees paid towards website/domain hosting, migration, or third-party tools/services procured on behalf of the client.
- Services already initiated or partially completed unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Process for Refund Requests
To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:
- Submit a formal refund request via email at info@eliteunison.com, stating the reasons for the request and providing any supporting documentation or evidence.
- The request will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
- If the request meets our eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed.
Refund Mode and Timeframe
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation of Ongoing Services
- Clients opting to cancel ongoing subscription-based or retainer services must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service period.
